Diane Loer was born and raised in Redmond, Washington. She graduated from Redmond High School in 1972. She was married in June 1972 and moved to Sacramento, California and started a career with the State of California in 1974. She began her walk with the Lord in 1991 as a result of the persistent and prayerful efforts of her very good friend, Maddy Couperus. At that point the Lord set His plan in motion for a major career change for Diane. Kenneth baptized her in the Jordan River in December of 1992.

Lindi and Diane met in April of 1993 when Lindi came to Sacramento to travel back east with Maddy for a crusade. The Lord put His plan into full swing from that point on. By May of 1994 Maddy had moved from Diane's to Umpqua, Oregon to live with her Mom. Shortly after that Lindi moved in with Diane. It had gotten very difficult for her to get around in her tri-level house in Portland, Oregon. Lindi and Diane first started working for Kenneth around this time. They did his newsletter for about a year.

Diane felt the Lord calling her in another direction and in the Fall of 1998 she and Lindi put out a fleece. The house in Sacramento would go up for sale. If it sold she was to quit her 24 year job as a computer programmer and move to Oregon with Lindi. The house sold in 2 weeks. Now what?

Lindi and Diane moved everything into storage in Eugene, Oregon and traveled around visiting friends and relatives for about a year. One Sabbath afternoon while they were in Loma Linda, California Dona & Gordon Klein invited them by their house. They walked into the living room and there sat Kenneth Cox. He greeted them with, "I think you are an answer to prayer". The team had been praying for someone to help Freda Shultz with the training of the churches for the tape ministry.
